European lawmakers are currently reforming the sustainability reporting requirements for companies and are planning to significantly extend the transparency obligations they are subject to. Given the diverse range of data sources and possible levers along the value chain, the complexity to be managed is enormous. As the topic is closely tied to the core competencies of IT services providers, these providers can offer the right capabilities to support their customers.

PAC evaluated the IT provider landscape in Europe and assessed their approaches, offerings, and capabilities in a PAC INNOVATION RADAR series on "Sustainability-related IT Consulting & Services”. The specific strengths and weaknesses of 22 IT services providers in total have been analyzed based on over 30 pre-defined criteria. The results are published in 9 PAC RADARs each addressing distinct customer needs, including 3 separate PAC RADARs for Germany, France, and the UK.
